Hospitality Notes 1.2 -- stir-fry
A while back, I promised you a recipe for stir fry. Here it is.
This comes in three parts: Meat, Veg, Starch. A good stir-fry includes all three, though you are of course welcome to forgo any component should you so choose.
MEAT
You will need about 1.5 pounds of meat, diced. I used chicken breast, but pork or beef would work equally well.
